Laura started her food styling career after moving to Chicago following graduation from Purdue University with a BS degree in Foods and Nutrition and Food Science.

Laura's work has graced the pages of magazines, major newspapers, grocery shelves, restaurant menus, and more. She has worked as a commercial food stylist in Chicago for brands such as Kraft-Heinz , Nielsen-Massey, Chobani, Pepsi, Nabisco, Chilly Cow, Quaker, Kelloggs, Campbells, Tyson, and editorial clients The Chicago Tribune and Taste of Home Magazine.

When not in a studio she can be found in nature with her rescue beagle Lucy and her camera, in a pottery studio making functional pieces to be used in the home or in front of an easel painting with acrylics.
